Situated in the central part of Tuscany, in the Chianti region of Siena, our farm-house is a typical example of old style Tuscan farms: a group of houses and buildings that form the old village. It is within this village that you will find our agricultural activities and the villa. Some hundred meters farther along the road there are more isolated country houses, originally used by farm workers, but now renovated and available for our guests.
Mensanello is a very ancient village. The first evidence of a settlement dates back to the times of the Etruscans.
Most of the buildings you now see date from the Middle Ages. In no other place could you find a landscape like this. Here you can walk for hours in the historical and artistic countryside, in the tranquillity of the old village among the country houses, rediscovering the good side of life.
