
The lands belonging to the farm cover a surface of 750 acres. We cultivate cereals, vines and olives. As well as the arable cultivation, we have a sizeable herd of "Cinta Senese" pigs, who are allowed to roam free in some fields. Our cellar produces an excellent "Colli Senesi" Chianti wine and our oil mill produces a high quality "extra virgin" olive oil.

The farm produces: Chianti, the famous red wine made from a mixture of local grapes with a strong prevalence of Sangiovese grapes.
"Fontediaccia", our refreshing white wine which is rich in typical aromas and perfumes is produced using an exclusive limited steeping process and combination of Trebbiano and Malvasia del Chianti grapes.

Our olive groves and mill produce and excellent "olio extravergine d'oliva" which is of superior quality and appreciated by real connoisseurs.

Free-running "Cinta Senese" pigs which are fed exclusively with our farm produce are used to prepare matchless cured meats such as ham, salame and mortadella not to mention numerous other varieties of cured meat which are typical and unique to Tuscany. It is an authentic delve into the flavours of the past.
All our products may be tasted during the specially organized evenings in the Agriturismo and bought in the farm "store".
